10-Minute Paleo Caramel Sauce is a fast and easy recipe using four simple ingredients that I usually have in my pantry. It’s great for topping my Paleo Vanilla Coconut Milk Ice Cream, for dipping apples, or simply adding to coffee or other recipes. It’s reminiscent of my childhood. I have so many memories of caramel. Caramel apples, Pecan Turtles, caramel popcorn, caramel poured over pancakes, waffles, or french toast, and one of the layers of 7-Layer Magic Bars, just to name a few. Even though I don’t eat these things anymore, or some only on occasion, I had to create a Paleo caramel recipe of my own.
