Spaghetti squash may not taste like spaghetti, but it’s a much healthier vehicle for enjoying your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce recipe.
So here we go…How to Cook Spaghetti Squash
Allow to cool enough to touch and scoop the “spaghetti” from the shell with a fork or pull the shell from the rings. Enjoy with your favorite pasta sauce or in your favorite recipe.
Tip: We grow spaghetti squash every year in our garden. When they are properly harvested and dried, they can stay fresh inside well into the winter. We have even enjoyed them in January and February.
