I have learned very quickly how to adapt. I created Italian Chicken and many of my other rubbed, marinated, seasoned chicken and other meats because I was tired of plain. Now my diet consists of more flavor than ever before.
One food I missed the most after starting to eat strict Paleo is Italian. I loved (still would) pasta and bread with tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasonings.
