Seasoned Almond Asparagus

Paleo Seasoned Almond Asparagus The flavors blend so well in this dish. Seasoned Almond Asparagus is crisp-tender asparagus, toasted sliced almonds, and homemade seasoned salt. The combination is delicious. I love asparagus, especially if it’s fresh from my asparagus patch.

Ingredients for Seasoned Almond Asparagus

1 1/2 pounds of fresh asparagus

2-3 tablespoons cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder (store-bought or homemade)

1 1/2 tablespoons Homemade Seasoned Salt

1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Instructions for Seasoned Almond Asparagus

Preheat oven to 425° F. Trim the woody root end of the asparagus and place in a medium baking dish. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds and roast in a 425° F oven for 10-15 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
