Slow Cooker Spiced Apple Butter is easy to make. Combine all the ingredients in your slow cooker and let it go. It is great for small batches of apples and when you don’t want to spend all day canning.
You can make apple butter out of any apples, but if you can, it is always best to go with soft apples. They will cook down faster, and be ready to process sooner. I opt for a mix of apple varieties for the best flavor.
