Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Posted on04.10.16 by Nelle

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings I made Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings for the last “big game,” It is super easy to make and down right delicious. It’s made with Frank’s Red Hot sauce, I love this stuff, no deep frying necessary. Frank’s is great on nearly any part of the bird, but we made wings, of course. Cooking times will vary.

Ingredients for Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings

2½ pounds of split chicken wings

½ cup Frank’s Red Hot

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ cup clarified butter, melted

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions for Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Mix Frank’s Red Hot with melted clarified butter  and paprika in a small bowl.

Spread chicken wings in a baking dish, use a pastry brush to brush with Frank’s Red Hot mixture.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 450° F. Uncover, brush again (if desired), discard remaining sauce, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165° F and juices run clear. Salt and pepper to taste (if desired).  Enjoy!
