Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Strawberry Balsamic VinaigretteThis sweet tangy Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette is a delicious addition to any sweet salad. I like it on my Very Berry Pecan Salad.

Ingredients for Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

½ pound ripe strawberries
2 ½ tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
2 cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
¼ sea salt
¼ black pepper

Instructions for Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients in a blender (I use a Ninja-Nutra Ninja Cup.) and blend until well-combined, turning off blender to scrape the sides as needed. Pour over your favorite salad. Enjoy!

    Looks delicious. I am a Crossfitter and have lots of "Paleo" friends who would love this! I would too. Love any kind of balsamic dressing.

    This sounds awesome. I am always wanting to try a new dressing. So many of the yummy homemade ones include sugar. i like that this one uses honey instead.
