Paleo Egyptian Shish Kabobs

Posted on01.14.19 by Nelle

These Paleo Egyptian Shish Kabobs are made with a simple marinade that had my mouth watering. Usually lamb is used for shish kabobs, but I use chicken and beef here. You can use chicken, beef, lamb, or a combination of all three, if you like. The meat, spices, garlic, onions, and peppers are a perfect mix. You can add your favorite vegetables to create your own flavor combinations. I used peppers and onions because they tend to have a similar cooking time as the meat.

Seasoned Broiled Steak

Posted on05.10.16 by Nelle

I used T-bone steak, but you can use the cut of your choice for Seasoned Broiled Steak. You can make this plain or with seasoning and you can even add a bit of lime juice, if you like. We made ours with Garlic Herb Mix.  Affiliate Disclosure! FarmgirlPaleo.com contains affiliate links. If you make a purchase throughRead more

I came up with this recipe a long time ago (before Paleo). It has always been one of my family’s favorites. I renamed it Savory Paleo Spaghetti Sauce because it is a savory sauce, verses the sweet sauces you might buy from the grocery store and it fits the bill, when it comes to Paleo. It’sRead more
