Maple Balsamic-Glazed Pork Chops (Paleo)

Posted on12.20.18 by Nelle

Paleo Maple Balsamic-Glazed Pork Chops are delicious and super simple to make. They’re pan-seared and oven roasted in a cast iron skillet. This tasty recipe has a great flavor combination that pairs well with nearly any vegetable side. I use a pastry brush to spread the glaze on all sides of the pork chops, pouring the excess glaze over the pork and into the bottom of the skillet.

Savory Paleo Spaghetti Sauce

Posted on04.19.16 by Nelle

I came up with this recipe a long time ago (before Paleo). It has always been one of my family’s favorites. I renamed it Savory Paleo Spaghetti Sauce because it is a savory sauce, verses the sweet sauces you might buy from the grocery store and it fits the bill, when it comes to Paleo. It’sRead more
