Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Paleo Tropical Fruit SmoothieThis beautiful yellow blend of tropical fruits creates a refreshing combination of flavors. I love mango and pineapples! The combination of both, plus bananas makes my Tropical Fruit Smoothie a sweet, thick, and delicious treat.

Ingredients for Tropical Fruit Smoothie

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

½ medium ripe banana

2/3 cup full fat Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Organic Coconut Cream (No guar gum or other extra ingredients.)

1 pinch of sea salt

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions for Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Combine all ingredients in a blender, (I use a Ninja-Nutra Ninja Cup or Blender.) and blend until well-combined, add extra coconut milk if needed for thinning. Turn off blender to scrape the sides as needed.

    Looks yummy! I would not think of using coconut milk from can. I am going to give this a try for sure!
