About

Farmgirl Paleo

Farmgirl Paleo focuses on bringing you closer to your food with a farm to table approach, getting you more involved in the practice of knowing and preparing your own food, and  encouraging you you to nourish yourself with real food; grown by you, fresh from an organic farm, or as close to that as possible, and inspiring you to live a Paleo lifestyle in all aspects of your daily life.

See our Recipe Index for wholesome, flavorful, simple recipes that use organic livestock and meat products that spend their lives in a pasture and fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits straight from your own garden, orchard, or greenhouse, local CSA, farmer’s market, or your best choices from the local grocery or super market.

Learn how to raise and process as much of your own food as possible, give you money-saving tips for the grocery store, and show you how to use more natural ingredients in your cooking in Paleo How to…

In the Tools and Gadgets, you will find my favorite tools for menu planning and creating grocery lists that will simplify your Paleo eating. Plus, find my favorite gadgets I love to use in my kitchen.

Paleo Preps will give you simple foods to prepare beforehand (such as seasoning mixes, condiments, freezer meals, fermented and home canned foods, etc.), to use later, that will help you to live a Paleo lifestyle with ease.

I want to inspire you to get active, spend more time outside, and lift heavy things, share ways I use for all natural body care, and show you simple ways to implement natural home care in your household. All of these are found in the Paleo Lifestyle section.

Farmgirl Paleo is dedicated to you.  I am here to stretch you, help you grow, and be transformed into who you are supposed too be.  As a Certified Health and Lifestyle Coach, I have lots of resources to help you discover who you are and what’s really possible in your life. I am looking forward to working with you.

I always want to hear what you have to say, please leave comments if you try my recipes or tips and let me know what works for you.
