I love broccoli in all forms, but my family (well, some of them), not so much. When I was a kid, my mom would put mustard (yes you read that right, mustard) on our broccoli to get us to eat it. It was, surprisingly, quite good. Unfortunately, this flavor combination got old fast. So, I am always trying to come up with ways to prepare it to make it delicious. Herb Buttered Broccoli is a tasty way to get my family to eat this bitter veggie.

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
