Oven Roasted Round Steak and VeggiesOven Roasted Round Steak and Veggies is an inexpensive, easy-to make dish. The round steak cooks up tender and juicy. This is a great evening meal for me, because it is quick to fix when you just want a simple meal.

Ingredients for Oven Roasted Round Steak and Veggies

2-3 pounds round steak

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium red, orange, or yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, sliced

1/2 pound baby portobello or crimini mushrooms

1 large sweet onion, cut into rings

2 tablespoons dried chives

3/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Oven Roasted Round Steak and VeggiesInstructions for Oven Roasted Round Steak and Veggies

Spread olive oil in bottom of a 13″ by 9″ baking dish. Layer in round steak, peppers, mushrooms, and onions and top with chives, salt, and pepper.

Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 400° F for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Instructions
