“Carrot Fries!” Ever heard of them? That’s what my kids said when they saw these. My daughter, Líadan, came up with this delicious carrot side-dish and my family loved it. They are super simple to make, gluten free, vegan, and Paleo. I cannot guarantee that your kids will eat their veggies, but these Paleo Carrot Fries might help.
